Your privacy is important for Secure IT is. We therefore comply with the relevant laws and regulations on privacy, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that we:
- clearly identify our purposes before we process your personal data, through this privacy statement;
- storing as little personal data as possible and only the data that is necessary for our purposes;
- explicit consent to the processing of your personal data, if consent is required;
- Take necessary security measures to protect your personal data. We also impose these obligations on parties who process personal data on our behalf;
- Respect your rights, such as the right to access, correct or delete your personal data processed by us.
Your data is safe with us, and we will always use this data properly. In this privacy statement, we explain what we at Secure IT is all doing with information we learn about you.

This is our main platform where we deliver all our services from. They run on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Cloudflare.
If there are other third parties involved, they are mentioned at the specific purpose.
Contact Forms
With the contact form you can ask us questions or submit requests. For this purpose, we use your phone number, IP address, name and address details and email address. We do this based on your consent. We retain this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.

Access to learning environment (marktissink.com / secure-it-is.com)
With our portal you get access to a management environment where you can set, specify and change things for the company yourself. We keep track of what you did and when, so that there is proof of it. For this purpose, we use your email address, IP address and name and address details. We do this based on your consent. We retain this information until the end of the service to you.

Statistics and Profiling
We keep statistics on the use of our company. With these statistics, we improve our business to show only relevant information, for example. We may combine your personal data to learn more about you. We will always respect your privacy. If you do not want to do this, you can always report it to us. For this purpose, we use your email address, IP address and name and address details. We do this based on your consent. We retain this information for six months.

Your account
For certain parts of our company, you must first register. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a username. With this, we create an account, on which you can log in with that username and a self-selected password.
For this we use your name and address details, invoice address, IP address, payment data, nickname, e-mail address and telephone number. We do this based on your consent. We retain this information until you terminate the account. We store this information so that you do not have to fill in it again and again and so that we can more easily contact you, if necessary, with the company. You can change your account information whenever you want.

Sending of newsletters
We have a newsletter, and you will only be added to the subscriber list with your permission. In the newsletter you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. For this we use your IP address, NAW data, nickname and email address. We do this based on your consent. We retain this information until you terminate your subscription.
You can cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time. Each newsletter contains an opt-out link.

Handling an order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it smoothly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card provider.
For this we use your e-mail address, name and address details, telephone number, payment details, invoice address and IP address. We do this based on your consent. We retain this information for up to two years after your order has been completed. We retain certain customer data for a longer period in connection with the statutory tax retention obligation.
Providing to Third Parties: We cooperate with certain companies, which may receive your personal data mentioned above from us. To process the orders, we work with our payment provider Stripe or PayPal.
Advertising
We would like to send you advertisements about offers and new products or services. We do this:

You can object to this advertisement at any time. In every letter is stated how to do so. Each email contains an opt-out link. You can block us or use the opt-out option. You can also send this through your account. You can also send this through the portal.
Provision to other companies or institutions
Apart from those parties that are necessary to provide the above-mentioned services, we do not disclose your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances unless we are legally obliged to do so. (For example, law enforcement).

Our company uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so that you do not have to fill in it all the time. But we can also see you visit us again.
